Administrative Professionals Day

Administrative Professionals Day is observed on the Wednesday of Administrative Professionals Week, which is the last full week in April. In 2020, it's April 22, and in 2021, it's on April 21. Once referred to as Secretaries Day, Admin Professional Day is the ideal day to recognize and appreciate administrative assistants, secretaries, receptionists and other office professionals for their hard work and contributions to the workplace. Without support staff it would be difficult to meet deadlines and goals; administrative staffs often operate in the background, but if they disappeared, you'd know it! According to the U.S. Department of Labor (2010), more than 4 million secretaries and administrative assistants are part of the U.S. workforce.
