    Disappointed Receiver

    I sent this card to a special friend I've been friends with for 75 years. She thought the card was lovely but said my message was poorly laid out strange because the words weren't separated correctly. I used your stamp & send. I've used this method many times but no one ever bought this to my attention. It makes me look a little weak in my spelling. Is there something you can change when a word doesn't fit on one line? There isn't much space besides she said it was hard to read because I used a different font which your agent recommended I do. I love Hallmark and my friend is a bit of a complainer and thinks she's a perfectionist. Sorry Hallmark for the complaint. I probably won't use this method to her again.
