    Shopping experience

    I went to purchase an item for a friend whose mother recently passed. When I walked into the Hallmark store I was instantly greeted and asked if I needed help. When I shared with the associate what I was looking for she automatically jumped in to help. From the gift to the card to the gift bag. I was relieved because I felt overwhelmed and not sure what to get my friend but the associate at Hallmark truly made it so easy.
